Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Faxi Software services, including the Faxi Vanguards AIO software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. License Terms

Faxi Software grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal use on one device through hardware ID (HWID) binding. Each purchase grants exactly one (1) license key, which can be used on one system at a time.

The license key remains valid until terminated in accordance with these terms. License keys cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to another person or system without explicit permission from Faxi Software.

3. Hardware ID (HWID) Binding

The Software employs hardware ID binding as a protective measure. Each license is bound to the hardware configuration of the system on which it is first activated. Significant hardware changes may require a reset of your HWID, which may be limited in frequency and subject to approval.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Share, distribute, or publish their license key
  • Use the Software for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
  • Use the Software to exploit, hack, or gain unfair advantage in online games against the respective game's terms of service
  • Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer your license

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed through our designated payment channels in our Discord server. Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase at our sole discretion if the Software does not function as advertised. No refunds will be issued for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Ban or suspension from the game by the game publisher
  • Changes to the game rendering the Software temporarily non-functional
  • User error or incompatibility with user's system
  • Violation of these Terms of Service

6. Discord Policy

Our Discord server is the primary means of communication, support, and purchases. Users must comply with our Discord server rules and Discord's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to restrict access to our Discord server and/or Software for violations of our rules.

7. Updates and Maintenance

We may release updates to the Software at our discretion. While we strive to maintain functionality with game updates, periods of downtime may occur due to game patches or updates. These periods do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates applicable laws or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Faxi Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Faxi Software be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our Software.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our Discord server. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
